Product Representation & Visual Accuracy
At Orbis Luxury, we strive to present all products with the highest level of accuracy, including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography limitations, the actual product may slightly vary in color, texture, or appearance from what is displayed on your device.
Such minor variations are natural and shall not be considered defects or valid grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
Decorative Gold Finish Disclaimer
Certain products may feature gold-toned elements created through specialized decorative processes such as foil application, heat-seal printing, or gold-finish techniques.
Any reference to “gold” strictly denotes the visual color and aesthetic effect only. These elements do not contain real gold or any precious metal.
Due to the nature of these finishing processes, slight irregularities may occur, including:
- Minor distortions or uneven textures
- Slight misalignment or interruptions
- Edge inconsistencies or tonal variations
Such characteristics are inherent to the design process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Variations affecting up to 5% of the total gold-accent area shall be deemed acceptable and not considered defects or grounds for return.
By purchasing such products, customers acknowledge and accept these characteristics.
Product Availability & Order Cancellation
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed.
In such cases, Orbis Luxury reserves the right to cancel the order (fully or partially) and issue a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Size & Measurement Tolerance
Due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in size may occur.
A deviation of up to ±6% from the stated dimensions is considered an acceptable industry standard and shall not be treated as a defect or misrepresentation.
Handcrafted Nature of Products
Our products are carefully handcrafted and may involve manual stitching or finishing processes. As a result, minor irregularities in stitching, alignment, or detailing may be present.
These variations are inherent to handmade craftsmanship and enhance the uniqueness of each product. They do not qualify as defects.
Quality Assessment & Evaluation
All assessments regarding product defects, irregularities, or variations shall be determined solely by Orbis Luxury using internal quality control standards and evaluation procedures.
Customer-submitted images or videos may be considered for reference, but final determination rests exclusively with Orbis Luxury.
Subjective Preferences
Differences arising from personal preferences, aesthetic expectations, or subjective opinions regarding quality, texture, or appearance shall not be considered defects.
Such concerns are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Orbis Luxury shall not be held responsible for any damage or deterioration occurring after delivery due to:
- Improper handling or storage
- Exposure to moisture, heat, or sunlight
- Contact with chemicals or cleaning agents
- Friction, misuse, or regular wear and tear
Customers are advised to follow proper care instructions to maintain product quality.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and all transactions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panipat, Haryana.
